We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. Really good food and excellent service. It was busy but in a comfortable way. I got the salmon and it was prepared perfectly. I snagged some of my husband's Aviator pizza (pepperoni, sausage, bacon and cheese) and was blown away by how good it was. The wine menu is small but contains some really great wines to go with dinner. The menu is unique, the people are fantastic. You can't go wrong with Doughbird. Thank you Brooke (waiter), Marlene (the manager),and Melanie (the hostess). I hope the owner knows how lucky he is to have these people running this place.

We try to make sure we visit Red Lobster on Wednesday for their Steak & Lobster special. We usually order the larger steak and then split the meal. It is more than enough for the both of us.
