For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken.     We (family of 4 adults) ate brunch here the midmorning after Christmas and really enjoyed our meal. The food was very good, the service was attentive and courteous and the ambiance excellent. We lingered over our meal for almost 2 hours and felt the staff didn’t try to rush us out. Highly recommended.

    We eat at the Copperleaf often, and it never disappoints. The wait staff is experienced and has been working there for years. The food is always delicious and well prepared. This was our second Christmas Eve dinner, and it's strongly recommended.

    This was my third time dining at Sushi Kashiba and I will be back. Yes, it is expensive, but the food, presentation, and service are amazing. Absolutely the best dining experiences I've ever had. The servers are so professional and very attentive. They are very passionate about their work, the food they serve, and the artistry of the chefs.
