Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. Absolutely amazing, just like the Manly venue. Food unbelievably good, with mazing flavour combinations and creativity plated up. Great waite staff. I'm a big bloke and portion sizes could be bigger for the price, so only 4 stars for value, but all else 5 stars. Had a great time there!

The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!
