BARCOA Agaveria is a basement bar that celebrates the spirits of Mexico. Serving imaginative craft cocktails and a vast list of agave spirits, BARCOA is often described as "vibey," "sexy," and "the time of my life" (says some dude from Mesa). Agave spirits such as tequila, mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, and sotol, are the stars here, available as flights, neat pours, or however you like.Reservations are only available for the basement bar. Above BARCOA, check out the Cantina, a casual back-alley mezcal and tequila bar that serves affordable classic cantina cocktails, and the cheery patio, which features Provecho taco truck. This place rocks. All food was fantastic. Service from our waitress was top notch. She guided us through the menu on arrival explaining everything in detail. Her wine and cocktail recommendations were right on. Very glad I was ready on Nov 1 to grab a reservation slot 12/27. Returns to Scottsdale will include a visit to Bacanora!

Rough Rider delivered on all levels. Service, atmosphere, food and drinks were all on point. Our party enjoyed the Baked Crab dip to start. Then we proceeded with the Pork Chop, Ribeye and Roasted Chicken. Our table could not help sharing with each other as everything was so good. For drinks we had a few and the balance they have developed really set them apart from other restaurants we have frequented recently. The True American, Game Theory, Summer of George and Happy Birthday Mr President all shined through. This was a relatively last minute find for us and one that did not less us down and gave us a memorable evening together to celebrate. We will definitely be returning
