Spice House is the upstairs space of one of our historic terrace houses, comprised of 2 rooms, both with their own balconies. The rooms can be used as a function or event space, or as private dining rooms. This was my second visit for breakfast. Unfortunately, our first visit was a lot better than this one! I the Florentine Croissant and it was stone cold. I couldn’t eat it. My partner had The Factory Breakfast, he enjoyed it. Coffee was good, and service was lovely. I wouldn’t visit for “amazing” food, but the building and fit out is very cool.

Fantastic space for your group to have a catch up without the loud business of downstairs. The speaker was broken so we didn’t have music and it could do with a floor fan as the Saturday we were there it was 34deg and humidity was unbearable
