Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. My request for a preferred table was accommodated. My change in dining time due to unforeseen circumstances was also accommodated. Love the overall Italian experience. And in house made produce and bread outstanding. A true taste of Italy.
