Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core.     The food is amazing and full of flavour. The menu caters for a range of tastes and is exactly as described. The staff are very friendly and professional and have great knowledge of the menu items. Overall ambience is fantastic. The tables are well spaced to create good separation from other diners and also keeps the noise levels right down. The view of the kitchen area is fascinating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who appreciates different flavours experiences.

    Trust the staff on their recommendations- it’s spot on advice. Nice tight menu. Enjoyed the flavour contrasts immensely. Alas didn’t have room for dessert or coffee. Great spot
