In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. With the appointment of Nick Young as Head Chef, Lums offers a brand new, vino-friendly food offering.Nick’s resume boasts a wonderful mix of fine dining and funky neighbourhood eateries including Wildflower, Must, Bivouac and Lallah Rookh. The food is amazing and full of flavour. The menu caters for a range of tastes and is exactly as described. The staff are very friendly and professional and have great knowledge of the menu items. Overall ambience is fantastic. The tables are well spaced to create good separation from other diners and also keeps the noise levels right down. The view of the kitchen area is fascinating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who appreciates different flavours experiences.

service was impeccable, waitress was lovely and extremely helpful and tentative to us the entire evening. cocktails bartender really knew his stuff too. food was great, definitely coming back soon.
