His focus is to give people out of Japan an opportunity to eat Tonkotsu Ramen made with soy sauce, which is the taste of home in Kagoshima.Kagoshima Special is a Ramen created by Chef/ Owner Kei-san himself. Extra chashu and a whole egg float at the base of this large bowl of ramen, and in the center there is a generous portion of mixed steamed vegetables. Topping the entire bowl off is a large pinch of our fried burdock root, a labor of love that adds a textural contrast and an earthy flavor to the soup.
