Beste restaurant met live muziek in Glendale

I was so pleased with our recent visit. I took my leadership team out for a gratitude lunch and each of us were so happy with all the aspects of our experience. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. The space was clean and welcoming. Best of all was our server who did a fantastic job. Go to Mallards and remember to support our local restaurants!!!

Our bartender/server was so nice and attentive, offering wonderful suggestions when we were having trouble deciding. The atmosphere was mellow and clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

We highly recommend the Friday fish fry. Generous portions and delicious. More important was the service. Karen and Lawrence, the only two serving most all the customers, were fantastic. They engaged the customers with their smiles, great attitudes and made everyone feel like we were one big family. It was one of the most relaxing, happiest, and friendly dining experiences we've had in a long time. Thanks Karen and Lawrence....we'll be back soon!

Food was good to very good, except the three cheese truffle flatbread, which was very plain, missing any truffle flavor and seemed to be topped with the cheapest grated parm. Service was ok, could be better. I don't think a single finished plate was cleared until we left the table. Service was courteous, at least. Admittedly, I was annoyed that they claimed not to take reservations, even though I had a reservation on OpenTable. It just wasn't a good look for our birthday dinner, kind of embarrassing and awkward. We enjoyed the outdoor area; firepit, giant jenga, giant Connect 4, bag toss, comfy seating, live music. Overall, good.
