We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. A new restaurant concept, "harvest - land, sea & vine," is located in Bearden at the corner of Kingston Pike and Mohican, directly across from Nama Sushi Bar.
