Cetrella's Executive Chef Vincenzo Vottero leads the culinary team preparing innovative seasonal dishes including signature artisan pastas. Bologna, the capital of Emilia-Romagna, where he was born and pursued his culinary career, was in 2022 voted Conde Nast Traveler Reader's most delicious city in the world.
