The White Oak Tavern is a family-owned business, operated by a brother & sister that are Ellicott City locals. The menu includes seasonal scratch made items, sustainable meats & produce from local farms and purveyors. The White Oak Burger is a community favorite and has been recognized as the best burger in Howard County for several years. The outdoor patio is dog friendly with a special dog menu. The bar has 42 rotating craft beers with a wide selection of styles with a free-to-join mug club. This includes a specialty cocktail menu with different seasonal ingredients along with a fresh mocktail menu. The Tavern offers brunch seven days a week with bottomless brunch cocktails and Sunday jazz brunch from 11am-2pm. On Friday & Saturday local musicians perform from 8-11pm. Front of the House - Patti was fantastic. Wonderful greeting. Makes you want to come back. Genuine, professional and does honor to the Atlas Restaurant Group brand. Wait Staff - new to me. Helpful. On her game. Observant. Meal - Maryland Crab Soup with oyster crackers and Shrimp cocktail. Seasoned. Tasty. Perfect lunch time meal. Booth - 44 requires new cushion and covering. Material is worn and does not reflect well on the Brand. Kitchen - one wonderful meal at a time. Maryland flag has aged a warrant’s replacement. Management - Professional and they circulate around the Dining Room - makes a difference. Gift cards - very nice program with $ 25 for every $ 150 purchased. great gifts.

Excellent service - Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food. Not super crowded when we were there which is why I selected quiet, I have been there when live music was playing and it was too loud for me, but this trip was excellent.

I needed a lunch spot with a variety of foods and ample parking for friends who were recovering from surgeries. This was a great location. The server was attentive. The crab and lobster dip was okay but the lunches we ordered were excellent. No complaints from anyone in our party. The only suggestion I have is to include the prices for all of the cocktails.
