This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. Lots of appetizers including our famous Duck Nachos and Dumplings. Great for large groups and parties. Our in house DJ drives the vibe, inspiring nightly sunsets from high atop Diamond Mountain. Place is beautiful, service was excellent. We have drinks and small bites, which is what they offer. Great view of the sunset. Four of us had drinks and food - $271 US.

We discovered this hidden gem on the Marigot harbor on a recent visit to St. Martin. The food was superb, and the service was friendly and attentive, and they feature live music as well. The ambiance is beautiful, with an exotic yet elegant vibe. Would highly recommend!

Great location on Maho. We saw planes land while enjoying our meal. The wait staff was excellent, so friendly and attentive. The live singer was really good, we forgot she was singing live at times and thought it was recorded music. The wait for food wasn’t your normal “island time”, it was quicker. The food itself was good, but not the best we had on the island, but the staff and atmosphere makes up for it.
