The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm.
