Beste restaurants met open keuken in Universal City

All of the dishes are great. We are a group of 4 and we ordered a bunch of as la carte dishes to share. All of the appetizers/ small plates are good. The truffle risotto taste good but the rice is a bit on the hard side. The bread and rosemary butter is divine. For the main we opted for the duck breast which our group enjoyed; however, the $110 rib eye taste just okay despite the great plating. We think there is something off with the cut of the meat. The two desserts are simple but flavorful. Overall we still feel like the restaurant deserves a 4.5 stars.

One of my favorite LA restaurants. The omelet is excellent as is the burger, and they make the best frites in town. C'est formidable!

The decor seamlessly blends classic Hollywood glamour with modern sophistication, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's creativity and attention to detail. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and accommodate any special requests we had. Overall, Shirley Brasserie exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return and explore more of their exquisite menu.

The waiter, Hayk, provided us with exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, always on his feet, and never idle like some other staff. He was constantly moving around, ensuring every guest was enjoying their experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his dedication truly stood out. Hayk’s hard work and professionalism make Katsin a better place to dine. He’s an asset to the team!
