While the restaurant has brought some of the trucks’ street food favorites to the restaurant including its famous tacos and JapaJam burger, it boasts a number of new menu items influenced by Chef Eric Silverstein's childhood growing up in Asia. Great spin on fusion cuisine. We came for Sunday brunch. I had the chicken sandwich with the added egg, and it was spot on. I tend to like spicy, flavorful food so if that is your thing this is your spot. Nice to see better culinary options coming to the north side of town. I plan on coming back soon.

Quince Lakehouse was the perfect escape! The waterfront views during sunset set such a dreamy atmosphere, and the coastal decor tied everything together beautifully. It truly felt like a mini getaway. The Rock Shrimp Tempura was absolutely delicious—crispy and flavorful—and paired perfectly with my Black Forest cocktail (Mezcal, Pineapple, Cucumber, Rosemary-Charcoal). The house DJ kept the vibe alive with great music, and the staff was so lovely and attentive, ensuring we had an incredible experience. Can’t wait to return for another unforgettable evening!
