Die Neonbeleuchtung ist eine Installation in Anlehnung an Mondrian, welches das Deckenraster aus Beton aufbricht.Die Fischvitrine im Zentrum des Restaurants setzt sich mit seiner täglich frischen Auslage an Austern, Meeresfrüchten und Fischen perfekt in Szene.
