He earned two AA rosettes as Executive Chef at the 4 AA Red Starred Hotel St Ermin’s and led the kitchens at Mansion House, cooking for dignitaries, royalty, and world leaders. Inspired by the flavours of Asia, Alex combines classical dishes with modern techniques to create a dynamic menu.
