It’s our first time at this place, even though we’ve been seeing it for over two decades. In short, we were quite pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food, as it was light but very flavorful - not as salty as we thought we’d get from almost any Italian restaurant we’ve been to, some of which are very good in their own right. However, this lightness in taste stood out, be it the prosciutto in the salad or the clams in pasta. We’ll come back for sure.

Excellent decor. Greeted warmly at reception. Very nice table for the two of us near the front windows. Bread brought to the table was mediocre. It was dry bordering on stale. Olive oil but no butter. Our drinks from the bar we're brought out quickly and were very good. Excellent Moscow mule. Her Ceasar salad was great. My calamari was supposed to be with spicy sauce per the menu description but it was quite bland. It actually tasted as though there was a lot of Parmesan cheese stirred into that sauce. Her entree of capers, olives, onions and tomatoes over penne was fair. My chicken parmesan was a very thin piece of chicken with twice that amount of melted mozzarella. I had to scrape off a lot of the cheese . It also had the same very bland tomato sauce. Overall the atmosphere was very good. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. the bar was packed and full of energy. I will try the restaurant again ordering something different. Definitely nothing with tomato sauce.

Fiorino’s is best in class Italian restaurant in NJ. My family owned and operated one the largest Italian restaurants in the US in Brooklyn, NY. I know Italian, and Fiorino’s does it right. And they accommodate customers Off menu requests. Always 5 star with an active bar scene. “Try the veal…. It’s the best in the city “ Ed Harrison
