Experience the beauty of the Pacific Ocean combined with world-class dining on historic Cannery Row, just a short walk from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The newly renovated Fish Hopper, housed in an original sardine cannery building, offers spectacular views of the stunning Monterey Bay from every table, including our heated outdoor patio. The Fish Hopper specializes in fresh, sustainable seafood, certified Angus beef, pastas, and live shellfish. Our seafood is either locally caught or shipped in fresh daily, and our produce is locally grown in the Salinas Valley. Some favorites include fresh Monterey Bay abalone, macadamia-crusted halibut, our famous “Tomahawk Chop” bone-in rib eye, and fresh Dungeness crab. Start your meal with our award-winning clam chowder, and indulge in one of our many exotic cocktail creations or a selection from our extensive wine collection.     Hartstikke lekker gegeten. Een van de gasten had een glutenvrij menu nodig hetgeen top werd geregeld. Ze hadden alles cf doorgegeven wensen goed geregeld. Perfecte plaats aan het raam enz . Leuke bediening ook. Eten was echt super (veel vis). Best aan de prijs maar och de gehele beleving was top!

    The food and service was great. We’ve been going there for years and my daughter wanted to go there for her 16th birthday dinner. Our favorite restaurant on Cannery Row.

    unbeknownst to the restaurant the lunch was a combination of a birthday and anniversary celebration. We were seated in a corner table in the peninsula part of the seating area that was very special for our occasions. The sun was shining, and the waves were still larger than normal from the previous day's storm. We were able to share a meal that included clam chowder, Cesar salad, the Halibut special and the chocolate cookie a la mode. All of the food was amazing, and we had a great time with the view. Thank you to the Fish Hopper staff for making our experience together fantastic. I will continue to return to this restaurant in the future as it is a staple to our visits to the aquarium.

    Another wonderful meal at the Fish Hopper! Local and regulars this place never disappoints! Party of four, two cioppino, a sand dab, prawns dish all a 10! Beautiful Monterey Bay views on a trophy afternoon.

    Great meal, even better service. Emily was terrific. Good portions, food was tasty and hot, except the soup, which was a bit less hot. Great views and ambience as well. Perfect evening.

    I had an awesome first-time experience here! The only dining option available to me on OT was an indoor table but I was actually seated on the heated porch area overlooking the water, which was amazing. Service was prompt and friendly, food was fresh and delicious.
