   The ambiance was perfect. The host welcomed my fiancée and I so well; he greeted us and congratulated us on our anniversary! I wish I remembered his name; he was very thoughtful! Brian's service throughout the evening was excellent! He cordially checked in on us and was superb! The servers who delivered our steaks were considerate and friendly! The chef(s) did a wonderful job for our dinter! The entire meal was delicious! Kudos to the chef! I'd love to return!

   The quality of the food wasn’t as good as in past visits. It took a long time to receive our food and most of it arrived cold. I understand that this was a big holiday but feel that the staff should have been well prepared for a busy weekend.

   We had a combination Birthday/Mother's Day lunch at Fleming's today and were very pleased with the food and service. Three of us had the Fleming's Salad, and one had the French Onion Soup. We all thought they were delicious. Two of us had the Scallops, and two of us had the Sea Bass. Again, we all thought these dishes were delicious, and the portions were appropriate, instead of being enormous like some other steak restaurants are doing now. Also, the service from Sam and staff was top notch. A very nice touch was complimentary chocolate truffles for the birthday girl. We will definitely be going back!

   Fantastic meal, great steak and seafood We love going there! Scott our waiter was great, enjoyed his service and attention to us Great dining experience for Mother’s Day!! My wife was very happy!

   We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our server quickly greeted us to take drink orders and bring fresh bread. We ordered sweet chili calamari for an appetizer, which was excellent. We followed with Caesar salads, and prime ribs. The steaks were perfectly medium with fantastic flavor. We finished the meal with a slice of cheesecake to go. It was an excellent evening!

   Some days f my dishes were superb. Some quite mediocre, like the sea bass. The beef carpaccio was brilliant. The server was inattentive and forgetful and it tasted good k away from the good meal and company

   I am Vegan/Vegetarian so we selected a number of meatless options. My wife and I enjoyed the bread with the spreads (champagne infused Brie and the Cabernet and red onion butter). Both spreads were delicious and my wife and I had a hard time choosing our favorite. Crispy Maitake Mushrooms were our option for the starter. Although the breading was well seasoned and extra crispy, it overcompensated the experience for this starter. At a point it felt like we were only eating breading and couldn’t taste the mushrooms. I would suggest a meatier mushroom or less breading to balance out the two. The Roasted Portabello and Cauliflower Steak was the entree. The concept of this dish was intriguing. I appreciated the potato marrow with chimichurri and cauliflower steak, but this dish lacked the flavor profile and artistic presentation which would make this dish pleasurable for someone with my dietarían preference. The farro, potato and portabello mushrooms were bland and flavorless. Salt and pepper didn’t suffice. Lastly, the side dishes. We had the brussel sprouts without bacon. They were overcooked and too crispy. In addition, I wasn’t a fan of the Fleming potatoes. I think they should add a roasted potatoes with seasonal herbs and aromatics instead.

    We were visiting our son and decided to have dinner at Fleming’s. Food was excellent and the service was amazing! The tomahawk steak was well cooked and tasty with the variety of sauces. Will definitely be back!
