                                                                                              Had an amazing dinner experience, it was my first time at flemings but very recommended by friends, so I decided to give it a try. Food was delicious, I had the prime filet mignon with a lobster tail and a side of mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (shareable size by the way) very delicious.

                                                                                              What an amazing way to celebrate my college graduation. Excellent experience as always at Fleming's. The service was perfect and so was the food. Fleming's is the only restaurant where I believe it's impossible for the experience to be less than perfect every single time. 11/10

                                                                                              Here was certainly not the level of service or food quality as one would find at a Ruths Chris restaurant… I feel that the quality of the food and service has dropped dramatically from last year when we visited San Diego. Probably the biggest difference is the waiter was not willing to take it to account dietary restrictions as he seemed impatient. After my wife communicated her dairy and gluten intolerances, the level of service dropped off significantly for the rest of the evening while the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Prices also are not commensurate with portion sizes. We visit San Diego regularly and in the past every time we would visit this specific location. In the future we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

                                                                                              Absolutely would not recommend. Our waiter was inattentive, waiting over 20 minutes to find him for the bill and seeing him very rarely through the entire service. The steak was cooked medium rare when I ordered it medium well. How does a steakhouse miss that many degrees of difference? Had nobody taught the cook to test the feel of the steak? Good god give them a thermometer since that is too complicated.. and this was a ribeye, not even a thick filet. My 13 year old can cook a ribeye to order and she’s got about 3 years of experience cooking. The chicken also sucked with rubbery skin and a poor herb/ seasoning profile. The fried Maitakes were 80% crimini/ baby Bella. I ended up violently ill a few hours later. Legitimately one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in San Diego. Open table better publish this review because I feel super misled by the existing average review since Yelp is Atleast some what more honest in their reviews. Wish I’d read the Yelp reviews first but trusted the curated OpenTable ones.

                                                                                              Enjoyed dinner, temperature in restaurant was good, very low noise. Waiter took excellent care of us. I had the aged ribeye, my wife had the pork chops. My granddaughter had the salmon. Everything was delicious and well made

                                                                                              If I knew the service was going to be this bad, I would have stayed home. Waiter asked me if I wanted to order a drink the moment I sat down which of course I had not even had a chance to look at the menu. I asked for a moment and that turned into ten minutes before he came back. Asked for bread from one of the servers. Did not get bread. Waiter was no where to be found. I guess when this waiter asks if you want something you better know what you want because he would disappear for 20 minutes before you get a chance to make up your mind.
