   I don't have any complaints about our waiter. I think they were short handed and she did her best. The food was good, as always.

   I've been to Flemings many times because of their great steak especially the ribeye. My husband and I did their new special Land and Sea $79 Event Prix Fixe which is such a great deal!!! Our server, Colton was truly exceptional. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and made our dining experience unforgettable. I highly recommend asking for Colton if you want top-notch service.

   Service was outstanding. My steak I ordered medium rare and it came out a little rarer theme I like but they fixed it so fast. Will be going back!

   We enjoyed a celebration dinner on a Saturday night. Service was excellent even though it was very busy. The ambience of the dining room lends itself to a special evening. The meal started with shared starters of tuna tartare and shrimp cocktail which were delicious and ample for four. The main courses were filet mignon, scallops with miso, and a prime bone in ribeye. All were tasty and prepared to order. The sides for the table were crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon, onion rings, Fleming’s potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Dessert was a fantastic but not too sweet olive oil cake and carrot cake, accompanied by espresso martinis. Fleming’s is especially great for special occasions.

    My associate and I had a wonderful experience at Fleming’s. This is a great establishment for business meetings, family events and relationship boosting dining. As usual, when we arrived at Fleming’s it was busy, so we elected to stay around the bar area because we appointed Tarah as our head server. Without Tarah, our experience would not be as superb. We have been to Fleming’s for many many years and in the past it was about great steaks and quality foods. Ever since we met Tarah, our expectations are: “great steaks, quality foods and friendly laughters!” The first time we met Tarah, she raved about the lava cake and told us we must try it. Ever since Tarah introduced us to the amazing lava cake we seems to not be able to miss it, and we also introduce the delicious lava cake to our guests who joined us for dinner, everyone loved the lava cake and they loved Tarah as well. Our last time seeing Tarah as we remembered it, she introduced us to the extravagant Tomahawk Steak. Boy-O-Boy it shouts visual decadence when it appeared on our dining table, other guests who walks by our table points and whisper as their eyes peel back. The say the least, we made the chef proud, we finished every last bite of the scrumptious Tomahawk. Sometimes we wonder, what will Tarah introduce us to on the menu? We have been here for so many years and never ordered anything else other than the old ribeye steak every-single-time. The one last outstanding thing we should mention is, Tarah goes above and beyond to making us feel special. We are not picky eaters, but we definitely know what we do not like. Tarah allowed us to steam our Brussels sprouts without seasoning and drizzled extra virgin olive oil all over it. We must say, it tasted so much like mom’s cooking and we loved the simplicity of it. Big thanks to Tarah and we cannot wait to visit Fleming’s again!!!
