Either server was really slow or he had too many tables to serve. No bread service, even when we reminded our server. Not sure if he was a server or the bartender because he spent ALOT of time behind the bar making drinks.

We ate downstairs where our server was also the bar tender. We were sat and waited a long time for anyone to speak to us. The label next to us who sat after us got water and bread before anyone spoke to us. We had to ask for bread. The server said we had to wait for it to come out of the oven, however when we got it it was cold. Drinks were empty and had to ask for refills which took forever even though the bar was 8 steps from our table. Someone in our party does not drink and asked if the bartender could make a mocktail to which he said no, but did offer a Shirley Temple. Overall the atmosphere was great, the restaurant is beautiful, but the service downstairs kind of ruined it.

I never expect much on New Year's Eve. However, Franchesca's went over and above in terms of quality, service, and price. We had a wonderful time - never rushed and the food was delicious.

Todos los platillos son deliciosos, porciones bastante grandes. El servicio fue muy bueno aún y que el restaurante están lleno; Todos muy amables. No pueden perderse el Carpaccio de res como entrada.

Pasta with bolognese and pasta with scallops and scampi were both excellent! The homemade pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauces were so flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive. Francesca’s continues to be a wonderful choice for an evening out!

I had such a fabulous lunch. My friend ordered the carbonara and loved it. He makes it frequently at home and thought it was the best he had ever had. My entree salad was terrific (alla Francesca) but the gelato and sorbet was the surprise. We don’t usually order dessert but the pistachio gelato and berry sorbet was really delicious.

The food was delicious! all of it Our waiter was great! It was Christmas night, so the restaurant was very busy, but that added to the holiday ambiance. Lovely experience

What an excellent spot for Christmas dinner! The place was dilling up, but we were taken right away to our favorite table. We had one old favorite and one holiday special entree, and both of these were excellent (anything with mushrooms is bound to be well nigh perfect.) We picked out the apple crumble and the sticky toffee carrot cake for dessert, in recognition of the occasion, and those were as good as the rest. Service was topnotch and it was all a good night. All stars all round!
