The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Yes, it was the best steak I have eaten in my life, and the oysters were top-notch (lovely granita and cocktail sauce on the side). The service was very professional as well as friendly. A memorable experience.

The Rosemont Gibson’s can use a chair update! Three of us at our table were sitting on very wobbly chairs, which we had to switch out. Time for a capital expenditure!! Other than that, everything was fantastic!!

As to be expected this was a worthwhile splurge. The service was impeccable and the food outstanding. We had lobster bisque, filet mignon, the house steak and an Australian ribeye. Sides were creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. All came out perfect. Highly recommend!!

Had a Family dinner; great service. Very good Long Island iced tea and steaks. It’s a bit expensive for me so we don’t frequent the restaurant often, but always enjoy this place for food, drinks and atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
