Located in downtown Carlsbad is our Italian kitchen, Gregorio’s. Formerly known as Spirito’s, we have been serving up delicious Italian food for almost 25 years. It was originally created by an East Coast couple as a way to share their family recipes. From the beginning we have had loyal clientele that continue to dine with us today. In fact, it was from being loyal customers that we decided to purchase the restaurant. We have always considered it to be our “kitchen away from home”. In 2004, Gregorio’s replaced the name but kept the family recipes we loved so much as guests and have added more of our own. Plus a much more extensive wine list & full bar! We want to encourage you to come, have a meal with us and experience our Italian kitchen. It is our hope that you will make it your own “kitchen away from home”. Our goals are simple

An excellent lunch with good friends on the heated patio. Our server was excellent and very accommodating . Food is always delicious.

Gregorios is always a delicious local Carlsbad experience. Friendly service, nice wine selection (Umbria Chardonnay is excellent!). White lights and location make it a fav holiday choice.

Gregario's is always excellent! The service and food are amazing-- we highly recommend, Tonight we had Christian as our server and he went above and beyond to make sure our group had a wonderful evening.

This restaurant is a true neighborhood gem. We had an amazing dinner - both because of the service and the food - and in the grand scheme of restaurants in the area it's more affordable. It's located in the lively Carlsbad Village, which made even walking to and from the restaurant a fun experience. We'll definitely be back!

Our server, Melissa was outstanding. The food and ambiance was amazing but Melissa really made the experience exceptional. We had a wonderful time. Those Dusty Tuscan martinis were life changing.

A Carlsbad favorite. Not much atmosphere but really great food and service. We eat here often. And dog friendly patio is a bonus. Highly recommend

Good service from our waiter. Very friendly and explained portion size so we could make decisions on appetizers and entree sizes. Unfortunately we were seated outdoors next to a large group of unsupervised young teen girls ( parents sat inside) that talked and giggled almost the whole evening. Food good but nothing outstanding.

Gregorio’s is one of our go-to places for great food and awesome service. We had or 4-year old grandson with us this time and I’m always pleased that they make sure to get the kids’ food ordered and back first at the table to keep them well-fed and happy. Claire was great checking on us throughout the meal. I recommend this place to all of our friends. We love it here.
