We believe in using the best of ingredients, sticking to our culinary values, staying true to great service, always appreciating our customers, and never forgetting to keep it a good o’ time. We serve twisted farm food and crafted cocktails and we've been bringing you Midwest inspired food for over two decades. Visit us for the full Hash House experience. It's a Midwest thing. The service was horrendous. Didn’t see our waiter once during meal, he didn’t even come back to take our order. My daughter wanted the hash only to find out they don’t have “hash browns”. WTH Pancakes were dry and so mediocre. Do NOT recommend. So past its prime. Now I know why I haven’t been there in a decade.

Just not the experience we have had before. Yes they were busy. But the food looked like it was thrown on the plates we waited 40 minutes between ordering and receiving our food without ever asking if we wanted more drinks. They forgot an item. Had to ask two people. Just not the experience we have had before. Seems like they are slipping.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, the host seemed unsure where to seat us, which started things off on a confusing note. Once seated, we placed our order, but it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally did arrive, the food was cold, and the waffles were undercooked. We also had to send back a plate, and the server didn't do anything beyond taking the plate; she didn't even send the manager over. To make matters worse, a table that was seated 15 minutes after us received their entire meal before we did. Additionally, they forgot the eggs on one of the kids' meals despite us ordering and asking for them. My beer was warm, and the server was unaware of the beer selection, requiring me to point it out on the menu. The pancakes were undercooked as well. Throughout our visit, our server rarely checked on us or provided updates about our order. We also did not see the manager making rounds or checking in with guests, including us. The server only came over to say something about our order because other servers overheard us talking about walking out. It felt like our server may have forgotten to submit our order. Overall, our first impression of this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the service.

Was a busy Sunday. Front desk was pretty unorganized. Waited 30 mins despite a reservation. Waited another 30 mins for food which was cold.
