Delicious food: warm tender bread, beet salad had the best tasting arugula and tangy dressing ( just right not over-dressed), Fusilli w/ricotta and braised beef sauce was rich and tasty. Our server was delightful, attentive, and respectful. Thank you Il Forno! We’ll be back!

We have a strictly plant based diet and the staff was so accommodating. The meal was delicious and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

This 3 star review is not a negative. This restaurant is a perfectly good restaurant in the theater district. It is a fine place to grab a casual bite before or after a performance . At a recent lunch, the beet salad was good. The pizza is really more of a flatbread. It was tasty, but you will be disappointed if you are craving a usual NY pizza. Several diners enjoyed their pasta orders. Waitstaff were pleasant and helpful.

Always a reliable choice for reasonably priced Italian in theater district. Appreciate the prix fixe. Whole menu is good.

The food was not very good at all. The cesar salad dressing was off. The penne alla vodka was over cooked and tasted like sauce from a can. The chicken Marsala was tough and the risotto was barely edible. Stay away.
