The Chicago Tribune calls Jack Binion's Steak House "an upscale experience rivaling downtown's finest steakhouses." The reason for the enduring popularity of Jack Binion's Steak House is quite simple - magnificent cuts and house specialties served with impeccable presentation. Each piece is hand selected and trimmed to the exacting standards of certified artisans.

The service was excellent. My servicer was Abraham. He was professional and friendly at the same time. The food was great. I had the broccoli cheddar soup. It was amazing. Next came the wagyu burger. It came with seasoned fried.

Service was terrible. Appetizers showed up before drinks. Took 1/2 hour to get sodas. We ordered 2 glasses of wine - took 40 minutes to get one, 45 minutes for the other. While refilling waters, emptied the pitcher. Refilled pitcher, but left at service station- so ended up refilling the rest our selves . Had to ask for straws twice. Problem with one of the meals, that they did correct and compensate for. Food was delicious, but the service ruined the experience.

The service was very cordial and welcoming. The food was served hot and was cooked to order. We had the calamari to start. It was crispy and not chewy. Tasted really good. We had the ribeye, pork shank, asparagus and creamed corn. The pork shank was served with mashEd potatoes and sautéed kale. I am not a fan of kale, but this was very tender and tasty. Every dish was cooked to perfection. The portions are large and can be shared.

didn't even have wine glasses to serve wine, ended up some dessert glasses were used - not acceptable. staff has little knowledge of meaning of dryness vs fruitiness of a red wine - staff's suggestion was terrible.
