Per HOA Regulations, all guests must vacate the restaurant no later than 11:30pm, this includes New Years Eve.

La Bottega offers authentic Italian cuisine with the Chef Stephen Virion having worked in Tuscany and the Veneto regions of Italy. His wife, Elisabetta, is from Asiago, Italy and has crafted the wine list to compliment the cuisine. La Bottega's Wine Bar is a great place for apres ski or to just have a glass of wine with friends from our award winning wine list.

Failure to cancel or correct your reservation according to our reservation terms, will result in your credit card being charged a fee of $40/person. Please call the restaurant 12 hours prior to your reservation for any changes.

Patio seating is on a first come first serve basis, all reservations made are for indoor seating only.

From our famous East Coast style sandwich selections to Colorado Lamb or White Truffle Menus (in season) and authentic Italian Cuisine, La Bottega offers you a wide selection of options for your private affair. You may select off of our menus available on our website or have Chef Stephen Virion make a personalized menu to fit your event. Regardless, you will have a dining experience to remember. We will take care of all of your catering needs so that you can enjoy Vail and the mountains of Colorado.

Nuestro mesero muy malo . Los platillos regulares , pedimos una ensalada y carpaccio al inicio, que llegaron en unos platos helados , es decir, se ve que los preparan quien sabe con cuánta anticipación y los dejan adentro de un refrigerador , o sea como de restaurante de comida rápida. Pedimos un par de botellas de Prosecco y el mesero en lugar de decirnos el que tenían se refirió solo a que queremos el Número 4 ( como si fuera por número de paquete tipo McDonald’s). La verdad es que por el precio, prefiero muchas otras opciones antes en Vail. La iluminación que tienen es deprimente , unos focos que te dan en la cara tipo interrogatorio , en lugar que fuera una iluminación acogedora.

The food never disappoints! The pasta is delicious and, the portions are very generous. We make a point to come here whenever we are in town.

Great place! Pizza was delicious! My husband had a fish entrée that was also excellent. We both enjoyed an appetizer salads and a nice glass of wine. We will definitely be going back.

Consistently good. Great, gracious service from Giovanni. Greek salad, carbonara, clam linguini were all good. Each year, La Bottega is always our first restaurant in Vail. You won’t be disappointed.
