Due to our high volume and traffic, we cannot hold tables for parties like a reservation system. We have a system called Priority Seating. This system secures a table within our restaurant, however, it does not guarantee an exact seat by time. We go out to eat every Thanksgiving and usually Christmas and have been to many buffet type events. Bay Pointe was BY FAR the best. The reservation process was easy, we sat right at our designated time, food was amazing and the service was top notch. Everyone from the host, to the folks running food and our server seemed to really care about giving 100%
