A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Sansei has a variety of scrumptious sushi and seafood items that are legendary. Please come and bring the Ohana as we accommodate walk-in guests. Walk-in wait times vary due to flow of the restaurant they could be as little as 30 minutes or upward of 1.5 hours.
