Cooks & Soldiers brings the cuisine and cultural experience of Spain’s Basque region to the flourishing West Midtown area. Mujō is a one MICHELIN star, intimate, omakase-only tasting menu experience serving modern edomae sushi led by Executive Chef J. Trent Harris. Our menu changes daily and reflects the best seasonal ingredients available, as well as fish flown in directly from Japan. The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. We are inspired by the Japanese concept of ichi-go ichi-e, 一期一会, or “one time, one meeting.
