Leonard Wilfred Davies, born 19 December 1906, started a butcher's dynasty now four generations old. I love the fact that the staff remember you and offer a genuine welcome every time you return. The place was beautifully decorated for the pending Christmas Season and I was particularly taken by the new Christmas Cushions. We even had a chuckle with staff over whether I could get away with taking one home under my jumper! Keep up the good work and The Punch Bowl is definitely our go to place when we have friends staying as well as for other special occasions. Matthew Stafford

Took some visitors to the butchers night - they were amazed both by the idea of eating your own choice/cut of meat and by the price. Very attentive staff, good service and food cooked exactly as requested - an absolute treat - thank you.
