Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it's slightly chewy, too, giving our customers the best of both worlds. Mia Margherita also serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. Our experience was fantastic! We took our daughter to Oglebay for her 2nd birthday to see the lights and then enjoy dinner. Our waitress Danielle was fantastic as well as the other staff. Everyone was so friendly and kind to us and our little birthday girl. The food was delicious and the assortment for the holiday buffet was very large. We are already planning our next visit back.

Stillwaters had more of a crowd than they expected. Server friendly and personable, but slow. Food took a long time.This is very unusual even in their busiest times. Roast pork dinner was great!
