Remington's is named after the legendary Frederic Remington, an artist who loved the early American West. He transferred that love into thousands of paintings and sketches. The walls of our restaurant and the Bridges' Clubhouse are adorned with prints of some of those great works.The Remington's menu is a work of art as well, carefully curated our team. The dishes are a collection of classics from slow-roasted prime rib to more modern creations a stuffed pork chop that is both down home and uptown on one plate. The Winery Restaurant has been an icon among western Colorado restaurants for over 35 years. The restaurant makes its home in a 95 year old building that used to house a horse drawn fire station. A gas lamp lit, grapevine canopied alley frames this romantic location perfectly.
