Abruzzo Italian Kitchen opened in December 2017. As is the Italian tradition, our focus is on the quality of our ingredients and simplicity of preparation. We cook by hand, from scratch, including all of our fresh pastas and wood fired pizzas. Saketome Sushi is a sushi bar known for its wide selection of seafood cuisine prepared from freshly caught fish. Open Wednesday-Saturday from December-March, this year's menu features Spanish-style tapas, beautiful salads and flavorful entrees, as well as a Spanish wine list and cocktails. Chef Rob Clagett is at the helm of the culinary experience and guests will find many locally sourced ingredients in his thoughtful dishes. Seated Bar offers our full menu. The lounge offers our tapas menu. Both Bar/Lounge are walk-in only. Please call for day of availability as there are commonly last minute cancellations. Best smoked prime rib I’ve ever tasted, so nicely seasoned but not overly done. All of our food was excellent, service exceptional, and the place itself is exactly what we were looking for while visiting NW Montana. We will be back.

The steak was the best in the valley. Arancini, rice ball appetizers left us wanting more. Wine list was decent. Good job.

Absolutely excellent! This restaurant and their staff go above and beyond to make dinner amazing. Food is excellent, fresh, unique and cooked to perfection. The Belton Chalet Dining Room is our FAVORITE in the State of Montana. If you dont stop here, you are truly missing out.
