A modern oyster bar focusing on Southern cuisine, highlighting fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables to share. Saltine, named as a nod to the plain cracker often served with seafood, pays homage to Jackson's rich history with oysters and seafood. We had our Friendsmas Dinner and it was nice. Some of the food choices wasn't too good but good food and drinks was bomb.com. We had reservations table was ready when we got there and staff and our server was great. Would definitely go back

Excellent service We had multiple small plates ; some interesting and good (goat cheese grits), some somewhat disappointing (green fried tomatoes). Good value for quality. Would go back

Amazing! The staff was everything and overly generous to my table. I love the aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant. They were fast and efficient with our orders. Also made sure we have a great time going in and out! 10/10! And 7/10 for food it could’ve been more seasoned but it still was good.

Reserved table was perfect. Around a vast majority but still felt very much secluded. Despite busy crowd, service was still fast. Food and drinks, always fresh and delicious! 10/10! Will be back soon!
