De skrei was prima, romige puree met truffel en spinaziepuree , truffelschuim , een heerlijke combinatie. De Sancerre was klasse evenals de overige wijnen. Vriendelijke bediening, snel en geen moeite teveel. Ook de pianist was gewoon goed.
