We went two nights in a row to Palma. The first night, my husband ordered the Ribeye and I ordered the Swordfish special. Both were delicious. He gave me a bite of his ribeye though, so we had to go back the next day so I could have steak. They were out of the ribeye, the server promised that the filet is also delicious, so I had the filet. It was perfection!!! Cooked and seasoned perfectly. We go out for steak a lot, and you really can’t beat this price point for what we got. Also, both servers (Lance and Monica) were fantastic. They had us laughing, had great recommendations, and really just made the whole experience.

Wasn’t expecting much as it’s a new highly anticipated concept in a very competitive market but I was blown away by the food, service, decor and ambiance. Well done all around. Clear elements of proper training, well curated menu that is not overdone - simple and approachable with an emphasis on quality and flavor. Staff is professional- refined dining experience without the stuffiness. Decor is top notch- felt like an elevated beach house in the desert. Consistency will need to be the name of the game from this point forward…can they sustain the same quality in all aspects going forward…not sure but will definitely be back in the hopes it does.

What a great way to bring in the New Year 2025. We had lunch today and it is pleasure to have a beautiful glass of CH Almond champagne along with their Thai Chicken fresh cold delicious dish. Everyone’s favorite, lobster bisque soup. You can’t go wrong with any of their exquisite choices. If not our waiter Frank will recommend anything that your taste buds can’t resist. Don’t hesitate and enjoy the experience. Best winery restaurant in Maricopa county. Enjoy 🥂

love the wings. My wife did not like the salad, they do not use romaine lettuce as stated by the menu.They did not charge us for the salad.
