St. Marks has taken over the restaurant and cocktail bar from Bridport Distilling Co, rest assured everyones favourite gin will still be stocked proudly at St. Marks and featured heavily on our beverage menu. Our beverage menu boasts a wide variety of exclusively North East Tasmanian produced beer, wine and spirits. Our seasonal menu will change quarterly, while we endeavor to display our menus where possible, it is always best to check our socials for the up-to-date version.

Everything was exceptional. Husband and I had already planned on returning to experience a new menu, before leaving the restaurant. Our daughter would like to go for her 17th birthday after viewing the menu we had. Thank you, see you soon!
