Blue Bear is a locally owned farm to table restaurant. Our entire menu is made from scratch including all sauces, dressings, soups, bakery, etc. We use whole farm fresh meats with no hormones, antibiotics, additives or preservatives. We use free range chicken and farm fresh eggs. We roast all of our meats in house. We use locally grown and organic produce when in season and available. My husband loved his taco platter. My Carnitas taco bowl was extremely salty which was unfortunate. Otherwise the service, the Mexican Old Fashioned, and the ambience were enjoyable.
