Our Dundee Tasting Room is open Wednesday-Monday from 11am-5pm.Well behaved children are welcome to our tasting room, we ask that they please stay in their seat during your visit. Well behaved dogs are also welcome on our tasting room patio, we ask that they stay on their leash at all times.

Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Our dishes pair well the celebrated wines of Oregon, especially Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Our extensive, Oregon-focused wine list has been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Of special note, The Joel Palmer House ranks as one of Oregon's finest historic homes and is on the National Register of Historic Places and the Oregon Historic Register. Built in 1857, the house is Dayton's oldest standing structure. Visit us on Ribbon Ridge, where we have something for everyone!At Trisaetum Winery, we specialize in Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Sparkling Wines. Daily, we offer a selection of flights, each with five wines you can enjoy in our art gallery tasting room or out on our covered patio. The tasting fee is $45-50 per person and fees are waived with a minimum purchase.We are also home to Brixeur Spirits, which was started by the team at Trisaetum in 2020.
