Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino.     Went for dinner last night. My husband had the pappardelle with lamb and I had the celeriac pirogies. We had the foie gras for dessert. EVERYTHING was amazing!!! Each bite of the food had a different, delicious taste and texture- so darn good!!!! Our waiter, Nate, was terrific. Will be back soon! Thanks!

    Have loved this restaurant since they opened. Moved 1.5 hrs south so haven’t been in over 7 years - still good! I still miss the pumpernickel bread though… Kayla was our server and she was over the top EXCELLENT!!! We dine out a lot and it’s been along time since we’ve had such a great server. Tonight we had guests with us and they loved it too😃

    10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Our waitress Melissa was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, personable, she made great suggestions and she made sure that we had a great experience. Our bartender Brittany was awesome as well. The drinks were made to perfection! Our food made me want to kiss the chef! Everything that everyone in my party ordered was absolutely delicious. This is a black owned, female owned restaurant and I am here for it!!!
