SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. This was a very festive and merry way to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The food was good the atmosphere was festive and Mrs. Claus and Santa took their time with the children. The gift they gave the children was very nice too. The cookie decorating added to the fun. Can’t wait to do it again next year with my grandchildren.
