Overlooking the historic Ludford bridge, just a few minutes walk from the town centre of Ludlow, the Charlton Arms is the epitome of a charming Pub.     From the genuinely friendly welcome to the pleasure of enjoying excellent local produce in lovely intimate surroundings, we thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience. We have been equally delighted on our previous visits and it is reassuring to have experienced the same again. This, to us, is a mark of the quality of staff that The Riverside retains.     Food was exceptional, my potatoes were cold and the dish was freshly made again for me, disappointed I couldn’t eat at the same time as my husband but the food made up for this when mine arrived! Highly recommend.

    Hearty food cooked with flare. Always flavourful and beautifully presented. The owners and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Nice selection of beers. The inn has bags of character and has a friendly atmosphere with a mix of locals and visitors. The whole family live this place which makes the 25 mile drive worth it. Faultless
