Shoutout to our server Carter! He was efficient and informative. But let me say, the entire staff of servers, worked each table as needed. I was truly impressed by such a kind and courteous team, working each table as needs arose; like delivering food, refilling water glasses or clearing plates. Impressive teamwork! The food and drinks were amazing! Husband had the Meat Loaf and I had the Pork Chop. Both delicious! If you are visiting Cypress, don’t skip the Deviled Eggs Appetizer! The Gumbo is also quite good.

Holli (the Manager) was an amazing hostess for our time at Haymaker. The snow in Steamboat got off to a slightly slower start than expected, and she communicated with us ahead of time that the sleigh ride was not going to be possible…. She provided her own cell phone as it means of allowing us to have direct access in case we had questions or concerns for this booking. A couple of days prior to our reservation (12/29/24) we were delighted to learn that Holli and her team at Steamboat were able to reverse their decision because of recent snowfall. We were able to have a splendid evening at the clubhouse with an intimate sleigh ride. Dinner was delicious and Holli and her team were present to make sure the evening went perfectly, which it did. Thank you!!

WoW !!! We had a Fantastic dinner experience !! Thank you to our waiter Will!! Will make sure everything was perfect for our family dinner. The salad bar was delicious!! The French dip with house mash potatoes Superb !! The ribs were delicious!! The Sirloin steak very good!! Perfect meal after a fun day of skiing. Oh and the complementary cinnamon rolls and rolls Delicious!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Will (waiter) for everything !! The Temple Family

Cheyenne Club exceeded our expectations in every way possible! It was definitely the best meal of our summer! The outstanding goat cheese made on site has been a topic of conversation for the last month, and the entire meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The dining room is perfectly appointed and the bar is lovely. Staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. We cannot wait to visit again next summer!
