Set in the impressive former 1930s Hitchin ballroom, on the first floor, Hermitage Rd restaurant & bar boasts a seasonal, award winning and sustainable premium food offer, from the awarding winning ACI team and a bar renowned for it's bespoke cocktails, quality wine and beer range. Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available.     We’ve never had a bad meal at any Lussman’s and Woburn being a first today was no exception either. The service, food and ambience was excellent. Staff were really friendly and attentive and we look forward to coming back soon.

    Overall a great experience. Great choice of food for different budgets. Service was great. Venue is beautiful. Drinks at the bar a bit pricey. Food - all lovely. Think I’d opt for the set lunch menu for value and quality next time. Very well looked after for a special birthday celebration.

    Went to the White Lion for dinner last night & pleased to say it was back to how it used to be. The ambience, decor , service & food was all good. Met & spoke to the new owners Brandon & Lucy and wishing them every success We’ll definitely return again in the near future
