Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb.     Ristorante sito all'interno dell'hotel Four Points. Ambiente elegante in linea con la struttura alberghiera ma nel contempo casual chic. Servizio di buon livello, carta vini adeguata con etichette locali e non, cibo di qualità servito adeguatamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po' svantaggiosa ma cmq allineata al tenore di vita locale. Sicuramente molto consigliato per comodità e giudizio globale. Consiglierei di allineare lo stile interno della sala a quello esterno molto più gradevole e moderno.

    Atmosfera , qualità della materia prima offerta in carta, servizio di accoglienza e di sala fanno sí che questo ristorante sia un" eccellenza nel suo campo! Qualità prezzo del tutto adeguato e la cura nei piccoli dettagli fa sentire le persone curate e a proprio agio.

    Been to a few different Michelin star restaurants this past year and the flavors here were second to none. Everything was thoughtfully prepared with the right balance of aesthetic to flavorful balance. The tasting menu was delicious from start to finish and the purity of flavor and connection to their roots. It really doesn’t get any better than this and would definitely recommend and return.
